Who doesn't love homemade biscuits? If then the list of ingredients is short and of excellent quality and the times of preparation and cooking are almost nil we are even more motivated to find time to experiment (and taste!).
So here are the Energy Biscuits super fast to prepare with only 2 ingredients: banana and oats flakes! These biscuits are also excellent for vegan and as snack workout for those who practice sports (Low glycemic index and slow release energy).

Ingredients

(for 10 biscuits)

- 60g of oat flakes
- 1 big banana and very mature


Energy Biscuits Preparation

Crush the banana with the help of a fork or a mixer but in a coarse way (until you get a kind of puree not too uniform), move it into a bowl and add the oatmeal. Mix well with the help of a spoon until you get a mixture not too moist.
With the help of a spoon, remove the desired quantity from the mixture and form the biscuits of the desired shape and size (you can also make the bars if necessary) and store in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Cook the biscuits for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°

These are the basic ingredients but you can make additions according to your needs and taste: You can add a teaspoon of cocoa or cinnamon; Drops or bits of dark chocolate, oily seeds (pumpkin, sunflower...) or chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts..).
For those who prefer sweeter flavors, I suggest to add raisins or dates that naturally contain sugars (in order to avoid refined sugars).
