Reading the label of the various ingredients used to prepare the classic spreadable cream Nutella, have you noticed how many ingredients do you need? And maybe do you think so many of these ingredients can be harmful?
Well then here's the recipe to prepare a simple, good and "healthy's homemade nutella"! All without preservatives, without palm oil and without other ingredients that we find within the original version! Excellent for adults but also for children who do not want to give up gluttony in the snack.
Without abusing it and in small quantities, it can also be an idea for a "sgarro" during the diet or maybe on your free meal day to give you a touch of sweetness!
Let's see what it takes to prepare the homemade nutella

Homemade Nutella ingredients

(for about 400g of product)

- 150g dark chocolate (at least 70%)
- 1 tablespoon full of seed oil
- Half glass (60-70mL) of almond or hazelnut milk
- 100g brown whole sugar
- 95g hazelnuts

Personally I used organic raw dark chocolate (without added milk) so in this case it is also suitable for vegans but, you can choose any type of dark chocolate (which is at least 70%).

Homemade Nutella Preparation

Tose the hazelnuts slightly in a hot oven at 180° for about 4 minutes or in a non-stick, cold pan, reduce them to powder using the mixer. Finely chop the sugar until it is reduced to powder (of textures similar to icing sugar) and add it to the hazelnuts.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and, when it is totally dissolved and fluid, add the previously heated milk and finally the oil. Once these ingredients have been mixed, always on the heat in a bain-marie (over low heat), add the powdered sugar and hazelnuts and stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
If the mixture is still lumpy, turn it into the mixer and mix, possibly adding a tablespoon of milk/hot water.
Finally, beam into a glass jar and let the mixture cool (stirring occasionally) and finally in the refrigerator! It can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
