Caffeine and Caffeine anhydrous: Differences
Most people have a slow metabolism of caffeine.
Advising or hiring a Cupof coffee in pre-workout may not be the best: the effects are likely to occur after training.
To improve focus and performance the Anhydrous caffeine is much more efficient. It should be cycled (and not taken in chronic) to avoid addiction and all risks associated with excess caffeine.
